WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship to United States and Australia addresses only.
Orders are dispatched from our central warehouses in Pittsburgh, USA and Sydney, Australia, and fulfilled via our trusted 3PL partner.
We do not ship orders using drop-shipping methods.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 USD or $15 AUD per order for standard shipping.
This flat rate applies regardless of destination or the number of items purchased.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Please allow time for your order to be received and processed by our warehouse team.
Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days to most major cities.
Delivery times may vary for regional or remote areas. For the most accurate estimate, please refer to the delivery timeframe shown at checkout.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are usually picked and packed within 1–2 business days after being placed.
Orders ship Monday to Friday on business days only.
