Return policy

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. 

Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging. Returns showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, makeup stains, or perfume will not be accepted.

Returns must be received before a refund, store credit, or exchange is processed. Exchanges are subject to availability, with a maximum of two exchanges per order.
